Hey, I get an error saying "unable to access jarfile encoder.jar"

Hello, I received my USB Rubber ducky in the mail today, and am not having any luck trying to get started. I tried going to USBrubberducky.com, and was redirected to avocado.hak5.org (an empty page) Instead, I downloaded the repository found here -> https://github.com/hak5darren/USB-Rubber-Ducky All of the tutorials I have found use linux, and I am using Windows. I'll just be honest and say I have no clue what I'm doing. Please help me......
