Mavric

I've had my Mark IV for about a week now, it's become slow to start, and now the only Led that stays on is the pwr one and the WPS just blinks, It functions but the leds just don't show when I have something in usb or any of the other plug ins. I currently have 2.6.3 running on it did they burn out or is this just a software issue?
