All accounts for the site will used from a common computer/account and don't want something posted by Username B to get Username A banned by a Mod or Admin would like them to appear to be two different people on two different computers on two different connections.

So what if I wanted several accounts each with their own IP, etc. but I only use one at a time? And I clear the data before opening a new IP, etc. and logging into the next account on the site?Would that make anything easier?

Well I'm pretty bad with computers... what can I do to have multiple accounts not be linked to the same computer/internet connection?

Isn't that the entire point of using a proxy though?

But they'll only be able to see that I'm using a proxy... bot tell that multiple accounts are the same user, right?

So how can I set it back to factory defaults?

It's a HP Mini 110 running Windows XP Home. That's right, I have a 30 GB partition for Ubuntu (haven't used it much) when I turn the computer on it gives me a choice of which partition I want to use.

I'll have to ask the guy at work I bought it from... but I doubt it, the netbook doesn't even have a CD drive.

Yeah, the only box I checked was the one to remove something to do with faxes... but it removed alot more.Not sure how to reset the computer though...

What CD? My netbook is supposed to have a partition to boot from.

What apps?What I want is to be able to log on to a forum with more than one account without anyone on the other side being able to know their on the same computer.

That sucks...It's a netbook and doesn't have a CD... I've tried pressing F6/F11/F12 and nothing is working to restore my netbook.

The problem is on my Windows partition... will restoring factory defaults effect my Linux partition?

Just the disk cleaner that comes installed... I used Recuva to scan the HDD and it says the games are unrecoverable... I don't know about the volume controls, the IE or the desktop/toolbar settings.I'm thinking about returning the computer to factory defaults.

I used Disk Cleanup on my netbook, and it made my IE icons go away, as well as the games that came installed and the volume controls... maybe more but that's all I can notice. I tried using a restore point but the only one was after the changes were made. What should I do? Also, the button on my toolbar that goes to the desktop is gone... And this all happened after I used the disk cleanup windows component button...

Ok thanks. Currently I just have Avast (free) and the Windows Firewall... I've been told to get EMET, Avira (free), Hitman Pro, Comodo Cleaning Essentials, MalwareBytes (free), Comodo D+... as well as several programs on this site.

So how many types of programs are there? I see a lot of terms getting thrown around.Firewalls, AV Scanners, Spyware Removal Tools, etc...

I've just installed it... any suggestions on the settings? Haven't added it yet. Haven't added it yet. A co-worker made a partition (~30 GB) on my netbook with Ubuntu, but I'd like to get better with WIndows first.

I looked at the site, I want to set up the browser so I can use several proxies on a single site at the same time (different accounts)... but where do I get the proxies to put in FoxyProxy... and is that enough to avoid detection? Someone at work was warning me about my packets leaking and being detected. Yeah, should I use an add-on for Firefox and/or someother program... or a third option? Which is why I'm asking how to setup my proxies...
