  1. Hey all!

So I finally got my first Pebble (very proud owner),

and I'm actually in the process of developing an app idea I have for it: Spot the ISS from your pebble!

I've already conquered the "Hello World" construction (Barely), but I want to collaborate with you all on something:

What I really need to accomplish in this app is GPS positioning to display Longitude & Latitude VS your current location (based by the connection of your phone).

However, I'm VERY rusty on my C.

I found this GitHub of (apparently) a protocol the Pebble likes, is anyone familiar with C able to tell if this is virtually my Golden Ticket? Without giving the spoilers away. I do wanna learn something! lol

    Thanks guys!

  2. We were all new at this at some point in our lives, Welcome! We have cookies...

    -Anyways-

Can you give us a brief rundown on how you go through your attack? In my learning experiences, If you deauth too much it can essentially be a DDoS (but it's going to have to be pretty substantial to shut it down how you're describing. Different from DDoS)

  3. @echo off
    color 2
    "C:\updates\Firefox Setup Stub 25.0.1"
echo Press any key when Firefox is done installing.
    pause
    "C:\updates\lenovographics.exe"

    SET /P ANSWER=Did 2 programs install correctly [y/n]?
    echo You chose: %ANSWER%
    if /i {%ANSWER%}=={y} (goto :yes)
    if /i {%ANSWER%}=={yes} (goto :yes)
    goto :no
    :yes
echo You pressed yes! - Excellent. Thank you for your participation and cooperation
    exit /b 0
    :no
echo You pressed no! Try this Program once more
echo THEN Please send a detailed message to admin@work.com
echo of any errors that occured
    pause
    exit /b 1

    Genius! Thanks very much!

    Small question about that:

In your example you used C: , would it make a difference if I had the installers on an external USB? That'll be the ultimate goal (Just plug in the usb and go)

  4. Hey guys.

So I'm creating an auto-run USB Drive for the guys in my shop to further help automate the update/re-image process. I'm a little rusty on my VB. Here's my code in it's current state:

x=MsgBox("Do not be afraid, vital software update is in progress. Please direct any errors to your System Administrator",0, "Derek's Auto Update")
    Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
    WshShell.Run "C:\updates\Firefox Setup Stub 25.0.1"
d=MsgBox("Is the Firefox installation Complete",4, "I have a question for you.")
    if d=vbYes then
e=MsgBox("Please download the installer from http://mozilla.org",,"I'm sorry...")
    else
f=MsgBox("Excellent. Please click OK for the next installer.",, "Success!")
    End If

    PAUSE
    Set WshShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
    WshShell.Run "C:\updates\lenovographics.exe"
    PAUSE

a=MsgBox("Was there any errors during this update?",4, "I have a question for you.")
    if a=vbYes then
b=MsgBox("Please send a detailed message to admin@work.com of any errors that occured",, "I'm sorry...")
    else
c=MsgBox("Excellent. Thank you for your participation and cooperation.",, "Success!")
    End If

    My ultimate goal is this:

    • I'm not sure of the syntax to do this, but I'd like to keep the installer files on the USB drive rather than having to copy them over to the C:\ drive then run the installer.
    • I'm wanting to have this all fully automated. Once the user completes an installation (for example: Firefox), have a MsgBox pop up "did it complete?" If yes = open method z = next installer. The idea to have it all a nested IF/THEN.

Any advice is always appreciated. Thanks gang!

  5. Hey guys.

I'm wanting to see if I can install a Reaver Pro ISO onto my USB drive. I'm pretty familiar with normal installs (because it'll normally let me choose) from my Ubuntu USB drive and Kali Linux USB , but the installer on here doesn't really...give me any options. Does anyone have any ideas to install the whole .ISO on my drive? I'm looking for a full install (no live boots). And Google was pretty worthless. lol

  6. Just a heads up, 404 is not found, 403 is forbidden..lol

Not even some sort of brownie points for effort? lol

But here is basically the latest:

The image itself is no longer corrupt (finally) but after getting every last driver updated (both windows and 3rd party) I discovered the infamous Flickering screen! *DUN Dun dunnnn...

Im wanting to play with the graphics drivers a bit more, Like how digip said with rollbacking the drivers to see if that helps. however I think corporate will need to replace all our brand new units since this is on every one of them. I'm laughing painfully inside...

  7. No deadlines, but im doing this all for convenience for us in our shop. After every "rental" of the unit, we have to re-image them. Problem is they have old (possibly vulnerable to exploits) drivers and UBER stock software. And if a client needs this to run a large projector screen in front of their entire company, it's gonna bite us back if the unit asks for an update during the show (which has happened a few times and has led me to this)

I'm making a .BAT file that can hopefully automate an install (have the downloaded install files on a USB and have the .BAT auto run on plugin), There has to be a simpler method though. To properly re-image these will take about 1/3rd of my shift alone.

  8. hey guys!

Our 3 new laptops at my work (Lenovo T430) have a corporate pre-image on them using the GAG Graphical Boot Loader. Im 99% positive our corporate IT department will give me a 404 Error if I try asking for the password to access the pre-image file VIA the loader (Get the bad joke there? 404 Error Denial B) )

I did some reading and research, it looks like GAG actually can hide the pre-image files from viewing files within the ghosted image. My goal is to find the password file (I'm sure it'll be encrypted hopefully without Faults) and get into there to manage the pre-image myself (Long story short, Corporate managed to give us a corrupt image on all 3 laptops. Good Job guys! not...)

Does anyone have any words of wisdom to go about finding said password file? I found some really intreaguing .GHO files that I want to explore, even if I could find the areas I want to keep up with, I may not have sufficient sudo privilages.

Thanks for any help and advice in advance!!

  9. Agreed, That basically means A:) You need a new router, and B:) Congrats, you have a cheap neighbor. lol

Just make sure you really lock down your new router , Consider MAC filtering. Also make sure to close off any ports you're not using or plan on not using, that can contribute big time. As for your current router and situation:

Kismet is your friend to find out who they are. I won't go into detail on how to get them off your network BUUTT Im sure you can find something to be adventurous with. I have my personal methods , but everyone has their ways.

Wait, you were using WEP? Ooohh  Yeah get rid of that garbage. And make sure your WPS Pin system is turned off.

  10. As far as I know, As long as you have that .cap file saved, you can crack it anytime/anywhere.

In terms of multiple .cap at once, I'm not sure of personally
