O Crap I didn't think about that! I also forgot to make an extraction plan. I'll be right back I think they left the back door open.
Lol, you give this to someone? I like it.

Hi, thanks for replying.
When I say "clicking noise" its not like a mechanical click like you might hear on a mechanical keyboard. It's hard to describe but it was definitely making a strange noise.
Its been fine for the past hour now. I'm not sure weather I should stop using the Mark V now as I'm having too much fun already :)
Whine i somewhat common in DC power bricks but i would think a clicking noise would indicate an arc but i don't know that much about electronics so it might be fine.
-
Due to the lack of moving parts i would say a clicking noise is a bad thing and would stop using it.

Maybe look into how different forms of DoS attacks work such as DNS amplification and how that could be mitigated (one example could be reducing the amount of incorrectly configured DNS servers)
This might be worth a watch: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1EAnjZqXK9E

I don't think you would be able to leverage much CPU power using that method as anything you do will need to be run within the browsers limits unless you make them download something.

didnt darren say it was because he cant call it a wifi grenade?
I think they had potential problems with the TSA as the original versions looked like a grenade shape.

I don't see any mention to a pineapple. The "device" could be a number of things including a laptop.
They show it in the video and it is a mark V

Well! Question is complicated so read carefully.
I do not want to trace call Skype to Skype (Do not Want IP address of that person who talking with me)
I want to track the "cell Phone (Any network)"
Example:
I have Skype with some credit and i am calling to my brother on his "phone number" and i want his location using map or anything like that!
If he is using a mobile and the mobile network i don't think there is anyway to get the location. If it is a land line number you may be able to get the overall area but that is about the best you are going to get.

PHP cannot be processed by the nodogsplash webserver. If you want to use php I suggest you write all of your php in /www and create an iframe pointed at 172.16.42.1:8080/myphpfile.php
Yeh i had a temp solution of using an Iframe but was hoping to have it directly processed, I thought that nodog used UHTTP web server but i see now it uses its own. Thanks.

travel kit arrived today! my question is if it has to be dc power 12.6vdc 350.mA to charge the battery? or is fine with 12v 1A charger to charge the battery? I live in Sweden so the charger I received does not fit with our electrical outlets ....
Until you get an educated response i would keep it unplugged, i think LI-ION battery's don't like to be charged quicker than they are rated for and have been known to catch fire if left.

Great stuff, I am working to create a captive portal but i need to put in some of my own PHP, at the moment it is being commented out and not being processed. Does anyone know how to make it process PHP, i looked at the UHTTP deamon and it has the php interpreter listed in it but i have no clue what to do next.
Sorry i am new to this and have spent the last few hours trying to get this working, any help would be greatly appreciated (sorry if this is the wrong place)

Sorry Guys, but I was certain someone would have the answer here.
I am traveling to Leeds in a week for work and everyone else at the company had to have the operator always call the cab for them or any other dialing for that matter.
I have tried searching Google, but I keep coming up with how to call the US from England or vice versa, Can anyone Give me a clear cut guide to dialing a phone over there?
Thank you!
Again Sorry it's not security Related!
Uhh.... well it is the same way as over there AFAIK, if the number is local to you you don't need the area code and just dial the number if it is international you add the country code and if it is in another area you add the area code. FYI most numbers are listed with the area code. Mobile numbers you just dial the number and country code if it is international.

You can use a passive adapter http://www.hobbytronics.co.uk/image/data/sparkfun/passive-poe-cable-set-3.jpg
-
I made one with DC male and USB on one end so that i could connect to anker battery or USB port and DC male on the other to plug into the pineapple. It works quite well.

Has anyone came up with a working solution yet?

If you need a use case. I lost my locomotive mac address. Oh how do i get it ? Use a little led blinker with moris code responses ? No I got a MkV and found out all the traffic on my network, all the info I needed.
Mr Admin, you also speak before you know the facts IMO.
By that logic because i can use the pineapple for the flashy lights it can be marked as a lamp.... Or declare it as fruit as it is called a pineapple.
Just because you use it for a specific purpose does not change the fact of what the device is, the pineapple is a wireless router whether you like it or not. The HAK shop do as much as they can to reduce the amount of tax payable but as mentioned they can't wrongfully declare orders or mark them as gifts or questions will be asked. All of this was made clear if you read the shipping policy's.
Yes it does suck to have to pay taxes on imported goods but you have to deal with it like everyone else, I am not sure why you would be concerned about customs knowing what the device is anyway unless you plan illegitimate actions as they are perfectly legal to have and FCC registered and anyway by posting to a public forum with a photo i assume to be of yourself is more likely to have made a paper trail than importing one wireless router.
But i agree UPS has some shady practices it should in no way cost over $10 for a brokerage fee, as that should be included in the international shipping costs.

I will give you a solution as clear as your question....
get a screwdriver.
I have found hammers to be more effective.

http://hak5.org/store/the-interceptor
Wasn't the interceptor just a way to capture traffic while preforming a MITM
shouldn't this be very easy to achieve with the pineapple? did the original interceptor only offer remittance of the captured data via vpn or wifi and no storage for later retrieval?
im having a hard time getting what this device did .. it looks like it was only a wifi tap, no eth like the star tap or whatever they call it?
did the device use jasager to trick the device into connecting to the "home" network?
It was a LAN tap that sent cloned traffic over wifi to the monitoring station.
I don't think that the bananas are for the interceptor as they were not the logo AFAIK and isn't it a dead project now anyway?

If anyone is looking for a powerful Wifi Antenna, then this is the place... http://www.simplewifi.com/wifi-antenna/
I found out about them after seeing their stall at DEFCON, they are run by like minded people so expect the best :)
Everything on that page is compatible with the Papple :)
The new pineapple is not RP-SMA so the antennas on that page would need an adapter.

The 6th DIP switch recovers from hardbricks, overvolts, water submersion and fire.
I should sleep, took that seriously for a second.
-
Wait, I thought I heard the MKV was unbrickable?!?!
Frying the components isn't really classed as bricking it....
-
Should be noted that duty is likely less for shipments via USPS, though they take a bit longer.
It was less than i was expecting anyway so i am happy, Thanks!

Common on the center?? Positive on outer? Really?
Beyond odd (have seen in the past) and should NOT have been done that way. (unless fishing for 'replacement' buys)
It HAS to be in huge bold print in the manual. Seems missing, totally, in the current manual.
He crossed the wires whilst shortening a cable is how i read it, the ones they supply is centrer +
