[Backtrack 5 And Ubuntu 11.04 Multiboot]

i had ubuntu installation first and then installed backtrack after creating a new partition

updated grub

can boot into backtrack but drops into shell

initrsfm> or something similiar

Technically yeah but you would lose your windows or other OS install as it would overwrite it.

i have installation disks for ubuntu and backtrack.

Does not matter if i have to do both the installations again

Is there a step by step guide?

Any caveats?

Any thing to watchout for?

Install Ubuntu to the hard disk, then install Back Track... pretty straight forward with the wizard

have ubuntu installed

then installed back track

updated grub

can see both distros

but backtrack does not load fully

nopes.. just multi boot on laptop..

I have tried to locate instructions but have not found any
