i had ubuntu installation first and then installed backtrack after creating a new partition updated grub can boot into backtrack but drops into shell initrsfm> or something similiar

i have installation disks for ubuntu and backtrack. Does not matter if i have to do both the installations again Is there a step by step guide? Any caveats? Any thing to watchout for? Please advise Thanks'

Hello all has anybody successfully done a multiboot of Backtrack 5 and ubuntu 11.04? I have tried to locate instructions but have not found any Any assistance would be appreciated Thanks
