Lone Ranger

Hi, I have been asked to create a website by my boss. Whilst I can do this in code pretty easily, he would like it to be able to have it modified by other administrators. I recall seeing on the show a hosting company that allowed you to create a website quite simply.. It was done using a GUI interface, which is what I really need for these staff. Being able to edit the code would be great as well.... if possible. Does anyone know the name of the company offering this? Thanks
