  1. I have recently placed an order for the hot plug pack, containing shark jack, bash bunny, rubber ducky, and I also ordered the key crock. My order came in good time at the correct address, but the shark jack dwas not functioning, so I had to request a replacement, hack 5 in their greatest wisdom sent my replacement to my billing address and not the shipping address and now my replacement is on its way back to hack5 because they sent it to the wrong address. I have written several emails to correct this issue a head of time with No response at all from customer service. This is disappointing; as the Wi-Fi pineapple becomes available today but I’m hesitant to purchase it because of the customer service experience has been nothing but terrible, so I think we are going to pass on that purchase. I had planned on purchasing most of the Hak5 product line up for my business, but after this lack of any acknowledgement from customer service and the length of time I've been waiting just to receive a functioning shark Jack, I think we will pass on anymore of their products. PS. I figured I would post it here since customer service doesn't really seems to care about responding to emails.
