Hey there, I've just recently purchased my very first Hak5 product (USB Rubber Ducky Elite Bundle; I wanted the Pro version for future Hak5 products) and there was no issue whatsoever. It says it would take 8-14 days to arrive, it arrived on the 8th. My only gripe (nothing to do with Hak5) was the fact I had to pay a nearly $30 duty fee to have it delivered to Canada; maybe take that into consideration if you are importing it. I am sure you will love it!
