Hey I just got a new Fonera 2201 and have been trying to enable ssh on it but have run into some problems. I've been following these directions but cannot seem to get to TFTP the new image over redboot. I can get into redboot fine and can ping my laptop with TFTPD.exe running but the image does not seem to come down into the Fonera. Any ideas?
See my output below
RedBoot> ping -l 192.168.1.1 -h 192.168.1.254
** Error: invalid number '192.168.1.1' for <length> - size of payload

ESX i is what you need. Its free and pretty easy to setup, much more mature then microsoft's offerings and the footprint is tiny.

I tried that but to no avail. Although it looks like i'm having some success with Chris Oliver's method on his blog @ http://excid3.betaserver.org/projects/open...n-the-fon-plus/
I just got the gargoyle firmware on there, although i cant get wifi to power up. I'll keep hacking away at it and let you know how it goes.
I think it would be really useful if someone made a stick for the Fonera 2201 users to Chris' blog as i googled like crazy and tried a few different methods before i found this.
