What address are you using? Correct port? Making sure that the browser isn't forcing https (http needs to be used)? In what way are you connecting to the Pineapple, one of the APs or using USB/Ethernet? If using USB/Ethernet, are you using the USB cable that came with the Pineapple or some other cable?
