Thordox Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 I got a used shark jack from Ebay, it was powering on and I was able to get a full charge on it. Since it was used I wanted to do a factory restore on it before using it, so I followed the firmware recovery article: https://docs.hak5.org/shark-jack/troubleshooting/firmware-recovery. After accesing the web GUI and uploading the lates firmware available (1.1.0-stable) for teh non wired Shark Jack it powered off and did not come back on, I left it plugged in to the computer with the charging cable on the other side as stated in the article for about 10 minutes to see if it would come back on. Once noticing that it would not power back on I disconnected everything, powered it off and plugged the charging cable back on to see if it would charge back up but nothing, left it plugged into the charger for another 10 minutes still nothing, if i flip the witch over to arming mode or attack mode does not do anything either.
