curly quotes

Hi everybody,

I have tried to modify the existing language keyboard properties/create a new one but I had no success to add the curly quotes.

Mac OSX
Alt + ] produces an opening single curly quote ( ‘ )
Alt + Shift + ] produces a closing single curly quote ( ’ )
Alt + [ produces an opening double curly quote ( “ )
Alt + Shift + [ produces a closing double curly quote ( ” )
Windows
Alt + 0145 produces an opening single curly quote ( ‘ )
Alt + 0146 produces a closing single curly quote ( ’ )
Alt + 0147 produces an opening double curly quote ( “ )
Alt + 0148 produces a closing double curly quote ( ” )
This additions to the properties map did not solved the problem:
Windows_1252_201D = 201D
KEY_ASH= 8221
Windows_1252_2019 = 2019
KEY_ASH= 8217
This special characters are needed for powershell !
Is maybe the firmware (I use TwinDuck) not able to interpret them?
Hope anyone can help.
