Have you got your homehub set to only allow hosts after you have the security key and thjey have to register ( push and hold the button on the back of the box for 4-8 second until the phone and the wireless lights flash)
That should fix the issue. TO check what it is set up as connect via a web browser to the router it should be under wireless -> Security but it does depend which home hub you have.

I have a national diploma in computing and I have worked as internal IT for a software company and now I work at a hosting company doing technical support, but I am now going from MSCE and whatever other training I can get my hands on.
