2 Download Vmware ESX or Workstatiin
2 Install Vmware
3 then install lets say freebsd and windows2k ontop of Windows you are probly running right now.
4 attck windows2k with metaspoit from freebsd, install bots, trojans on the Virt window2k and study.
5 Learn what what ports are always open in windows using freebsd and nmap

1 Go to Efnet or Undernet using IRC.
2 Do a search the key word using pass
3 Go into a room called xxxpass or something like that
4 You will find Bots in those rooms wait for a minute look for things like "!stupidname keyword" then type that "!stupidname boobs"
Bam you will get messages with names to xxx sites with paswords...
5 Some sites may fail but keep searching, most rroms will only let you search 5 in one hour.
