[Anyone Have Music To Hack to?]

The only thing worth listening to anymore is Venetian Snares. Very uptempo sometimes breakcore sometimes orchestral. Microtonal scaling systems and the most evil detuned tones... as well as the most intricate sequences I have ever heard. This guy will glitch yer face furthur than you'd like to imagine... I really hope someone goes and finds some stuff and listens, Itll blow your mind like your first blast of DeeMsTer. fer sher.

wow, this thread is a 23skiddo tunnel. my advise... find out if your AMD chip can do SSE2 and/or SSE3 by running a little .exe called CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php. From there see if it would be worth it to run, I hear people with SSE2 can but it is far from optimized and why would you want to run that slow... however if your box rocks SSE3 then go for it, you can even VMware OSX these days...

First... MIDI isn't a sound format, it is a set of instructions for your default synthesizer to play. And we all use Mp3 because of how widely accepted it is, But I hope to see OGG surpass this and become the audio standard.

So the answer is: OGG; simply the best fullest sound while keeping a compact filesize. Although we all have hundreds of GB of mp3s, I hope mp3 becomes the past soon...
