I tried again today, after a long time the LED turned to solid red. I have no idea what to. Can any give some help, please?

I followed the wiki to update the firmware, but the red blinked for 4min, then green lighted up for once. After that, there was no light and the bash bunny got overheated. So I tried to recover the firmware by following the wiki, but the same thing happened again. It's just not working and my pc can't detect it as a mass storage. Can anyone give me some help?
