[[help] How to connect to another ap and use PineAp in v3 beta]

apparently you cant start the wifi pineapple with it plugged in. You need to start the pineapple and then plug it in for it to recognise it.

So iv updated to version 3 beta. It looks great and seems to work ok up until i connected my USB wifi to the mark 5 and tried to connect the mark 5 to an AP with internet access and run PineAP (yano for MITM) but i can only seem to use wlan1 to connect to a AP and thats the same wlan the PineAP uses. 

Is there a way to do this, am i missing somthing here? or should the 3rd wifi dongle show as an option in networking?
