[How can I flash twinduck into my rubber ducky?]

I downloaded files from Github ,and installed "atmel flip ",but I don't know how to use this .

i also saw a Video ,this showed me something about flashing on windows,but I can't understand that ,why he used cmd to flash firmare ?if I need not to install any applications,just use cmd ?
