[Problem with setup]

2nd USB plugged in didn't help

I think I found the problem.

Do I need to plug in both USBs on the laptop ?  Because if I do this is a challenge

I just rec'd the Tetra I watched the video and read the instructions and I'm having problems off the bat.

I connect to the Pineapple fine and click the Continue screen.   (this is where you click the reset button and click continue)

I click continue and I don't get passed to the next screen.    I'm connecting via my Kali VM but I get the same response off my MAC Pro. 

Wireshark shows bi-directional traffic.   I didn't see a FAQ page for this so here I am
