[Access forbidden for DVWA]

Thanks Rkiver, I have already viewed this topic, but unfortunately, he installed xampp and dvwa in Windows while I installed them in Kali Linux. It's a little bit different. I even can't find .htaccess file in Kali. Besides, I can successfully install xampp and dvwa both in Windows and Ubuntu, but still meet access forbidden in Kali.

I am very new in ethical hacking and I have a problem when I prepare the lab environment. I try to install xampp and dvwa in Kali Linux. So far, xampp is installed successfully and then I copy dvwa folder to /opt/lampp/htdocs. After that, I open the browser and type localhost/dvwa/, but I cannot access dvwa because of Access forbidden (Error 403). Therefore, could you tell me how to fix this problem? Thank you.
