and I started with modules installed but did a factory reset and formatted the SD to remove them from the possible problems

Oh and firmware is up to date (1.0.6)

Running a Client & AP scan seems to hang at 100% (ap scan works fine), factory reset seems to solve the problem but it always comes back...
A quick google lead me to a number of reports

Seems that a number of different errors all lead to the same end result.
I've had a quick look to see if I can provide anything useful...
It appears the response back from the JS calls it's making as it hits 100% returns something odd (that bit at the start is in the actual response)
)]}', {"error":"API returned empty response"}
I can still shell onto the device as the recon device still shows 100%, so here are the usual things
- ifconfig
- dmesg
- Advanced Tab (I noticed ROM is 100% used, several factory resets haven't changed this)
- iwconfig
- cat /etc/config/wireless

Hi,
I'm trying to send a probe request for a specific (non-existant) SSID, to see it get picked up by my pineapple
The best I've come up with so far is
sudo iwlist wlan0 scan essid TESTAP
but that doesn't seem to be doing the job, my other idea was to capture a probe packet, tweak it then replay it at leisure but I haven't got very far with that
I wondered if anyone might already have a solution before I go barking up various tree's?
Is the a known issue with Recon Client scans?
