Hello,
I recieved my order of the WIFI PINEAPPLE MARK V TACTICAL BUNDLE 6800 MAH.
It seems that the battery pack won't work.
In my country is the voltage of the socket-outlet 230V @ 50Hz, so I am just using a simple adapter for US -> European. The voltage is in the amount of the maximum input of the power supply unit.
When they are plugged in the red LED of the power supply unit and the one of the battery is lid.
I had it like 24h plugged in, but when plugging it out and switching it on to test via the test button if it is charged only one of the LED's for the indicator is lid, the red one. So it did not get charged.
I also tested it with powering my Mark V, but it will be on only like 15min.
Am I doing something wrong or is it broken?

Totally understandable, I am very impatient when it comes to getting packages shipped to myself.
I know from personal experience that our dear German customs may take a while, they are notorious for doing more detailed checks for packages coming from the US.
May I mail you for a status update etc? Like if customs or DHL already contacted you etc.I receive nothing here, despite the DHL status page of the packet.

My last order's customs clearance took 5 working days (+ weekend) .
How many days have passed since it arrived at customs?
I ordered with the DHL Worldwide Express option, DHL says there is "standard tax" included, but I cannot find any information what "standard tax" is. Did you have to pay extra tax for your goods?
We cannot speed up customs unless they contact us. If they have, we will have responded very quickly.

Thanks for your reply. It was a question of the stock status of the WiFi Pineapple Mark V Tactical Bundle 6800 mAh. But I already ordered it now, waiting for the customs service :)
I hope they will contact you in time for a quick process. I really wonder what is the problem with the order this time. Thanks for your assistance.

I dont know where anywhere else I can ask, so I ask here with the hope some hak5 official will answer.
I sent a question to the hak5 shop via its offcial mail, this is about a week ago, I got still no answer.
Also I ordered the Pineapple, which is on "clearence delay" by the costums of my country (Germany) now.
I thought this is not the first time Hak5 sends goods to my country, so there should be enough information included to the goods that it is not "on delay".
Also I wonder how long it takes that Hak5 answers the costums when they are already take long time to answer simple questions by their official shop mail.
I am just wondering and I am welcome to any productive suggestions or answers. Specially by Hak5 which won't answer my mails.

And I see you are from Germany, did you had to pay any additonal taxes? I ordered with DHL Worldwide Express, the DHL site says tax is included.

I tried to place a order at the hak5 shop using PayPal.
It always fails to complete the order with that message:
Error from gateway:
You do not have permissions to make this API call
Hak5 team can you please look into it and fix that?

Okay, I also asked Sebkinne for that in IRC chat. Yes, I was a bit frightened to switch a device on which I charge and I thought the green LED will only be lid when it is fully charged.
It is charging like a charm now. Thanks!
