[Mk3 Firmware V2.1.2]

I need some instruction on how to update my MK3. I haven't messed with it since last fall and want to update to the latest firmware. I've searched the website and the forum. But I can not find the instructions for flashing the MK3 anywhere....

[Mark Iii 1.0.2]

I just got my new Mark III and have it working with a windows 7 machine using chrome browser. When I enable everything I see associations and ARP's/DHCP's along with ngrep. But the URL snarfing never shows anything. I'm in a target rich hotel environment. URL Snarfing shows enabled but doesn't appear to do anything.

I'm already running chrome incognito mode and have cleared both the browser and pineapple cache.

Ideas?
