[Best 4g Mobile Hotspot or prepaid 4g phone to use]

wonder how things will react once all the carriers have gone unlimited (feb 2017)  this with the hak5 video on ulimited tethering with android and easy tether...

 

seems like the carriers i use are getting away from usb modems though.  just adds another piece of hardware

[Associations.log?]

in /www/pineapple/update-associations.sh

we are doing

do grep KARMA /tmp/karma.log | uniq | sed -e 's/KARMA: //' | grep -v -e Probe > /www/pineapple/assocations.log 

why is there so much going on if all we are trying to output is

 do grep pass through /tmp/karma.log | uniq > /www/pineapple/associations.log 

granted i am no where near a guru, but my associations is not updating at all, even though the karma.log is gathering all kinds of data (what is with all the random stuff anyway?)

most of my other changes to filtering/formatting/colors etc is taking effect but i can not get my associations (karma) or url snarfer to display.

any lines i add (i put in a comment to see how it saved) work fine, but even if i grab all the text in the karma config screen, paste it in notepad to hopefully strip anything special and put it back it saves with the ^m

not hard to fix via ssh just frustrating

even with all the variations of the sed code i couldn't get it to update automatically. Modified the php in vi, saved, updated via the advanced tab, still wouldn't connect.

started backtracking into the .sh, then the .conf file and my conf file had all the ^M's. Once i manually modified it everything worked.
