In a situation like this I would suggest
Seriously. Get your self a copy of Hirens BootCD and obessively make .img backups of your progress using Gparted & CloneZilla.
To fix your problems I suggest being a pro at compiling kernels from source. They leave out a lot of dependencies for video cards so if you find that yours is not supported you are going to have to add that kernel module or functionality yourself. This is necessary to make Flash not behave like it is being run on a PoS celeron processor.
To add things to the BT5 hackmenu get familiar with symbolic links.

Spoof time tables so ISPs' logged transactions do not match actions on victims end? Can ISP monitor encrypted VPN to other country that does not log anything? I would assume not, but then again I am a novice.It all comes down to the proxy you are using as I mentioned before, certain proxies will keep a log and that's how they track you down. Turning off that ability is one way to hide your IP address, but that raises another problem, the ISPs also have the ability to log all transactions your IP makes.

More along the lines of what I am looking for. Thank you. I suppose there is not more that you can contribute to this subject? Perhaps places I may use for my research?There is no such thing as 100% invisible. It's more a matter of the amount of resources to track all the steps taken to hide would not be worth it. That and legal issues for say proxies in many other countries.

Surely there are ways to remain invisible 100% of the time or else Sabu would have been caught already. That is what I am trying to get at. If you have no idea, then thank you. Perhaps there are experimental methods yet to be explored? If so, would you please link me to them?

You all cray cray. You can get gaming and budget, but not on a laptop. tbh I would suggest getting a used Lenovo T60p
Should be enough power to run all games at med to low specs.
For the same money you could build a machine that can run most games at mid to high as a mid size atx.

I know that a relakks VPN can mask my IP adress, but how do hackers like Zero-Cool do it? Proxy, on top of proxy on top of proxy? Are there ways to be tracked other than IP adress and Mac Adress?

Host your site from home. For a beginning site 5Mb up should be more than enough. If you have an extra computer laying around, and install ubuntu server you have a processor dedicated SOLELY to serving your content which is a huge plus. Then there is the modularity handling the installation yourself. You just can't go wrong. Make sure to read everything about hardening your website though. Like these guys said, many premium website hosting services cut corners when it comes to security.
