[RF Sign from 3x04?]

Here I was thinking I'd be able to find a supplier...I also saw one on a cell tower about a year ago and have been trying to find one ever since.  I'd like to acquire it legally as well; my luck just isn't as good as yours I guess.

A few weeks ago, I was near a cell phone tower and I saw a sign (see http://chrisdzombak.net/misc/DSC00411.JPG) regarding strong RF fields. I've really wanted one ever since I saw it.

I downloaded the latest episode of HAK.5, and I noticed that there is one of these signs hanging on the wall in the first segment (the one about Q)!

My question: where can I get one? I've looked around, but I can't find one.
