I was wondering if there was any good add ons or anything to your ipod like maps directions tv show times anything like that without restoring your ipod or running linux???

can anyone tell me any sites or where to find a backup program for my ipod that is free because winamp doesnt catch most of my stuff when i copy it to my pc.

I have a 5th generation ipod I restored my ipod then disconnected it when i put it back in i opened the linux installer and an error popped up that said invalid sysinfo file there was something wrong with the syntax of your sysinfo file; try restarting your ipod i cant figure out wats wrong and i have no clue what that error means so can someone tell me what to do to get this to work it would be appreciated

p.s. when i open up itunes it wont let me update because it says my ipod is already up to date

can someone tell me if theres a program like itunes except will let u take ur music of ur ipod and on to ur computer i accidently deleted my music and i need it back on my computer

or does any 1 know of a free ware backup system of something like that

The dvd shrink did work. on the freeware i had it wouldnt let me select the audio options but on dvd shrink it let me now it doesnt speak french thenks alot for the help by the way dvd shrink still does work because i just got it on november 3 so i dont think it was discontinued

no the movies arent in french when i click to play the file on the pc i ripped it from its in english i put it on my other computer then i convert it and it plays in french its happen with all the movies ive tried should i just get a new ripper and if i should could u post me a link for a free one

I have this free ware dvd ripper called fabdecrypter and when i get done ripping the movie to vob format i send only the movie its self not the whole dvd to my other computer where i use videora ipod converter then i put the movie on my ipod and it speeks french i dont know how to make it speek english can someone please help or have any suggestions?
