[MY pineapple wont show the login page]

i reset everything again  to recover  but still i cant see ssd name  show  that its connected but when i go to the http://172.16.42.1:1471, im using google  , yahoo browser

hi there guys im dealing with pineapple  login page  it wont show anything its completely blank, the browser shows that its connected but it wont show login page 

i dont know what to do  to fix it any help ?
