If you own the PC, you can install it and then i believe there is a registry hack to hide the icon and then move the start menu folders?
this is what i need but i need the vnc install to be quick and silent and to also run the .reg file and to remove the start menu items on at once...
i'm shocked a stealth install of vnc isn't available :|

Try explaining what you mean again? But from what I have read you have already had the answer, it just involves work on your part (I.E. creating your own or altering an existing one to do what you want.)
don't have the time to make my own or know how..

like i said it's my pc on my network and it's a pc MANY other people use.. i have my own pc and i "guest" pc of sorts.. anyway it'd be nice to not only see what people are doing on there but also update it and run virus scans after they have been using it.. and maybe to odd prank or two ;)

that's not what i need as i have access to the pc as i own the pc (and the network) what i need is a way i can install the server on the pc with out them knowing so the anti virus (avast home) wont detect (if it even does) it and that there is no icon in the system tray and also no pop ups saying that someone is connected to there machine (if any)
