hi there,

I'm trying to execute the Gandalfs payload as depicted in the Gandalf's technique in http://wiki.hak5.org/wiki/USB_Switchblade, but it does not seem to work, I actually think that there is something wrong in the run.bat, because I can uncompress the 7z file with the pass provided. It creates the $backup folder correctly, but there is nothing there at the end...seems that the exe within the 7z are never executed. Any clues? Otherwise I guess I'll have to echo-debug the code myself :D
