[Otp Rsa Secure Id Or Other With Uvnc]

Dear Friends,

i wonder when i out side in internet cafe or when i need to log in to my remote pc

with UVNC and the client side is infected with Trojan or keyloger

can i use an OTP like secure id from rsa device or something else

i have an windows xp sp3 with UVNC server

guide any one?
