[Blocking games on LAN]

Hey Guys,

Is there any way/methods of stopping games from running on a LAN e.g for multi player games. I want to be able to block executables or DLLs preferably. Also is there a way of preventing any program from using too much memory e.g. stopping a program if it uses more than 128MB of memory?

I have been researching this for a while and have not found anyway of doing it....so i came to ask you IT Ninjas.

Is there any way of stopping an exe from calling or running a DLL? for example PERSON A copies a program from his flash drive to PERSON B's PC and runs it, however PERSON B doesn't like that gesture, so he wants to block the main DLL from being used so that the program crashes.

Any ideas?
