How is anyone supposed to help you when you provide ZERO information ?
OS,brand, model and capacity of your U3-drive etc etc ..
Normally, what you do is download the LP-installer from the manufacturers web-site and run it .
Be aware that the U3 CD-ROM does not work on Vista. LP-updaters made for Vista-compatibility will
reformat the drive and change the CD-ROM to a read-only removable drive. These do not auto-run ..
I'm sorry, it's a U3 SanDisk 2 gig
O and the OS Windows XP 2002 Pro SP2
And I think that it did make the flash drive read only because it will not auto run and I can't put anything on it. So how could I get it back to how it use to be?

Well I saw a hak5 video on turning your u3 flash drive into a hacking tool basically. (I'm sure you've seen it.)
Well I went to this site:
www.usbhacks.com
and found:

then I Downloaded:
http://www.usbhacks.com/wp-content/uploads...e-u3autorun.zip
I ran the LPInstaller.exe
and thought that that would do the job but it didn't so I was wondering if you guys knew how I could get back the U3 auto run thing. Because the usb doesn't work anymore.
Basically undo this?
