Unlikely unless the display has some form of input (like composite or VGA). You could just replace the display with an LCD designed to take computer input like a Lilliput or similar.

Update: found out it wouldn't be worth it due to the slight curvature of the windshield

and because HUDs only display a few colors.

Is is possible to mod a cars HUD to be the monitor for a carputer?

(not to be used while driving, of course)

Would it be worth it (visually)?
