Posted September 23, 2008 Share Posted September 23, 2008 I have a windows xp machine with sp2 I'm trying to run a psp game server (cspspserver.exe) I get a this program has encountered an error and needs to close error when I try to open it. I have been told I need windows .net framework 3.0 in order for it to run, but after installing it I still get the same error. How can I pinpoint this problem?
