mrbofus
I am using Pandora's Jar for classical music. The problem is Pandora doesn't specify movements, so while it might be a different song, the filename is song, so it overwrites the older file. For example, if there's a symphony, concerto, or opera, it just uses the generic title for all the movements. "Mozart - Symphony No. 41" is the same title for all 4 movements, so if over the course of a day of recording it plays all 4 movements, only the last one gets recorded since all the previous files were overwritten. What I am wondering is if there is a way to set Pandora's Jar to just create a copy of a file if it detects it already exists. Either checking by filename or filesize, since the odds of different movements within a symphony or concerto being the same size are pretty astronomical. Thanks in advance for any help! Pichet
Hi, The way i see it an option to include some date/time stamp in the filename should suffice. 8)
