bmanice Posted November 26, 2007 Share Posted November 26, 2007 Trying to install a NIC on Server 2003 Enterprise... it wont load the drivers for xp... its a netgear fa311, im not too familiar with server 2003, do i need a specific piece of hardware for a NIC? im guessing its not working for some obvious reason i havent thought of... VaKo Posted November 26, 2007 Share Posted November 26, 2007 Just get an intel NIC? You can usually find them in junked P3/P4 systems which pre-date intergrated NICs being widespread. I've never had this problem myself as I use a customized version of Windows 2003 with drivers for *everything* on the install disc from the get go (driverpacks.net) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
