Sparda Posted May 8, 2006 Posted May 8, 2006 I have no idea if this will work, but hay, lets try it! If you have Google Earth open this file. Quote

Neod101 Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006  "18 times speed of light"? That isn't possible with current technology(or past technology). Apparently it's not even physically possible for anything to go faster than the speed of light. Quote

Technologique Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 I always thought that the fourth dimention would be time..? Quote

Technologique Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Gah, can someone keep bumping this topic for the next few day's 'cause I've just got stuck into David Gemmel's "Troy", and want to finish that before looking at anything else, but would also like to read the above. Gah! Quote
degoba Posted May 9, 2006 Posted May 9, 2006 Actually it is theoretically possible to go faster or at the speed of light. Lets take einsteins equation. E=mc2 energy is equal to mass time the speed of light squared. Mathematically it makes sense. However the greater the mass of the object the greater the energy required to get it to the speed of light. So lets just say that it is impossible to get anything thats not subatomic to go faster than the speed of light. Quote
