PacketStorm Posted September 21, 2007 Posted September 21, 2007 hey there! i have recently come a little stuck when using kismac to crack WEP, im using a MacBook PRO (i know i carnt use its internal wireless card to inject) but i also have a Dlink DWL-G122 and a Netgear WG-111v2 and am having trouble injecting packets to speed up the process. if there are any other tips or suggestions please let me know! also i have tried a few times with backtrack 2 and when i get up to the point where it sends deauthentercation requests it just keeps looping! thanks! techknow Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 to use the DWL-G122 you have to compile the usb-drivers edition from SVN to get it to work. The project moved a little while ago, due to new laws in Germany which make it illegal, and so the developer had to move. As far as I know everything is moved now, so you should be able to get the code and compile it. Once you have it compiled, just copy it to your Applications folder and launch it. Now it work nicely Quote
