You can put JS in places other than the header, right?

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to make a 404 page which will randomly generate a picture, but I'm doing it in a blog which calls the header seperately, and I don't want the JS to show up in the header of every page, just the 404 page. So I would have to put it in the body, but I've never seen that done before, short of just calling a function you defined in the header. So I want to know if it is possible to put JS in places other than the header.
