Problem downloading, erratic

when i use pandora's jar, it will download certain files, and others it will ignore until i download another file, and after i download that file all the files are the same.  For example, i'll attempt to download "Jackalope" by Claypool, and it just sits there and says "Fetching ID3 information" for the entire song and doesn't let me re-download.  but then when i download "indian summer" by beat happening, it says it downloads both, when in reality it downloads "indian summer" twice and names one of the files "jackalope".  Any help?

It's doing the same thing on my end as well.

Update: things seemed to have actually improved since I originally posted this.  I am now able to scrobble files over to lastfm as well as rip them to my MP3 folder and iTunes library.  Well, at least there's more hits than misses at this point.
