Need help with c2

I am on a windows laptop and trying to execute the c2-3.4.0_amd64_windows.exe but it keeps telling me its not a directory how do i pull up the c2 server

In what way are you trying to start it? What command line parameters are you using?

i navigate to the folder and im using c2-3.4.0_amd64_windows any time i use an argument i get not a directory im confused

i am using powershell im not sure what you mean sorry

if you run C2 you need to execute it with parameters, so... when executing it in PowerShell, how do you execute it?
