Thanks foe the link: http://www.catb.org/~esr/sitemap.html I think some key notes from his "How to ask a question" should be put in the sign up form when creating accounts for the forum. Like a big disclaimer when registering on the forum. It should also be sent with an email to users upon confirmation of the account being good. Just add it to the forum rules...
