Cloud C2 Handshake error/ Service dropped

Everything was working, and suddenly no connection.

I get this message after starting the service...

I will greatly appreciated if anyone can give me a start or a clue. Read different situations in the forums, but have not found a solution yet!

The service was working from Amazon AWS Lightsail Ubuntu server with 512 MB RAM, 1 vCPU, 20 GB SSD.

If you log in to the AWS VPS instance and run

sudo service cloudc2 status

what's the current status of the service?
