Shaun
Is there a machine at work you can run stuff on that's left all all the time? If so you could use an SSH reverse tunnel sort of thing (although maybe not quite that).
unasoto
if you can VNC into your machine @ work and your machine at work can telnet into where you want to go whats the problem? /me scratches his head :?
Shaun
Oh yeah, I missed that part some how. Well VNC wouldn't be the best solution, I'd just install an SSH server on your machine at work and then telnet from that machine to the server. VaKo
That would work, unless your using a NAT repeater or something with hamachi, I've never used it. A cheap and nasty way of doing it would be to just VNC into your desktop and access the server from there. Have you tried talking to the IT people about this? You might want to a: clear it with them and b: see if they will add you to the whitelist on the firewall. If not, do what horza said. Nmap the server as well.
