JB9
Hi guys, Im currently running Kali Linux and the firefox browser is blocking my connection to the wifi Pineapple IP because it says the connection is not secure or private. I've been trying to change the permissions in my network settings but unsuccessful so far. How can I bypass this? Thanks!
dark_pyrro
Not sure what network settings you refer to, but is "HTTPS-Only Mode" enabled in Firefox? If so, disable it, or add the Pineapple IP address to the exceptions list.
JB9
Sorry I meant my FireFox browser settings. After checking, it is not in "HTTPS-Only Mode". I'll try messing around with other parameters like the "Deceptive Content and Dangerous Software Protection"). If anyone has other potential ideas, I'm opened. JB9
Ok, after disabling a few other security and privacy parameters, I finally connected to the server. Not sure which one was causing the issue though. Thanks for the input!
