TNT5788
Hello, Anybody here as ever connected a Alfa AWUS036NH USB adapter to the USB port of the MK7 ? If so did you do something special to install it ? That's what I would like to do because I'm seeing more SSID with that card then with the recon card on the MK7. I would like to use my alpha card on the MK7 for recon. By the way great tool, keep the good work. Thank you.

dark_pyrro
Connect the WiFi adapter to the Pineapple opkg update opkg install kmod-rt2800-lib kmod-rt2800-usb kmod-rt2x00-lib kmod-rt2x00-usb the "x files" (kmod-rt2x00-lib and kmod-rt2x00-usb) are most likely already installed reboot cat /proc/net/dev in the output of the command above, identify the new wireless interface (most likely wlan3 or wlan4) ifconfig wlanX up where X is the number of the identified wlan interface, for example ifconfig wlan4 up Run ifconfig should show wlan4 (or whatever the interface is enumerated as) Go to the Pineapple web UI > Settings > Network > select wlanX as recon interface Verify by running a recon scan
