No. We don't have anything of that nature. Only way to get contact with with them is that contact page. The few times I've had questions (or such) when I've ordered stuff, I just replied using email and that worked perfectly fine. Swift and informative response. No issues. Dear Hak5, am having full hope on you and the service but this time you have failed to ship what the customer have ordered. Till now there is no communication was sent to the customer. You have to be more detailed about what's not responsive on the contact page. Also remember that there is no activity here from support. It's a community forum.
